We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If you do decide to return your item, it is for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same conditions that your received it, unwarn or unused, has not been washed, with tags in place, and in its original packaging.  You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, you can contact us at magnoliathreadsandmore@outlook.com.  If your return is accepted, we'll send you insturctions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make good on the purchase.  We are not responsible for issues with packages after they have been shipped.  If your package goes missing or gets damaged during shipping please file a claim with the post office! 

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods )such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products (such as special orders and personalized items), and personal care goods (such as cosmetics and beauty products).  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.  Please contact us at 478-494-5729 or magnoliathreadsandmore@outlook.com if you have specific concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, accessories, or gift cards. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure the exhange process is smooth requires that you return the item that you have, and once the return is accepted, then make a separate purchase for the new item.  

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and notify you of the accepted/unaccepted return.  If approved, we will message you with a total for a store credit to use toward purchase.

Products ship 2-3 business days for items in stock.  Delivery available withing 30 miles of site.  Pre-orders shipped within 2-3 days of their arrival.
